Since 2015 we have worked primarily with small to medium-sized businesses with the potential of exposure to moderate/high risks. We have many clients in the kiwifruit & rural contracting industry alongside the engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, and construction sector.
We help develop risk assessments and standard operating procedures along with annual reviews and the update of existing processes and systems. Also, we offer a full document audit services to assist businesses achieve eligibility for international occupational health and safety management systems standard (OHSMS) AS/NZS ISO 45001 along with independent incident / accident investigation services. At Samson Safety Solutions we can also assist businesses to attain prequalification approval (SHE, IMPAC, Totika, SiteWise).

Henry is a recognised Professional with the New Zealand Institute of Safety Management and is also HASANZ registered. Our systems are regularly peer reviewed and we have completed contracts with Whakatane Mill Limited, EastPack, C3 logistics and Tauranga City Council. Currently we are providing HSE support for the Kaimai Mamaku Restoration Projects and BOP & Waikato Regional Council’s MPI's National Wallaby Management Programme.
The majority of our time is spent working alongside small to medium sized businesses, assisting with developing systems & procedures, including pre-qualification assessments, document audits, site inspections, mentoring, etc.
Henry has recently finished a GradDip in Occupation Health & Safety focusing on "Safety Differently". This philosophy provides various mechanisms to enhance worker engagement and simplify overly bureaucratic systems.
My happy place is playing on or under the ocean fishing/diving and quality family time.
