Welcome to the world of Successful Networking a great way to do LOCAL business.

Successful Networking offers a friendly, non-threatening environment, in which to exchange ideas and share information.

Whether you are an experienced networker or new to networking, Successful Networking provides a stimulating, welcoming environment in which we can assist you to develop your business goals.

The 3 principles that Successful Networking is founded upon are, Connect, Network, Collaborate.

How it works...

We believe that the people who join our networking groups are forward thinking businesspeople that have the ability to see more than just what's in it for me. They are people dedicated to their business but know in a networking situation, if other businesses around them are doing well then this is a direct response to what the network environment contributes and what the group as a collective is achieving. We all have networks, no one is an Island, and a group of like-minded businesspeople can be a force to be reckoned with.

Each week we pose a topic via a question or statement that we hope elicits our members to share their thoughts about the topic, and also how it relates to your particular business. This is a very informal format and can be very enlightening and at times extremely funny. We aim to create a space where businesspeople feel free to participate and express how and what their business is about but just as importantly what the person is about.

We believe that referrals between businesses can happen when relationships are developed and trust is gained.

Networking is a great way to interact between businesses and that leads to new opportunities for everybody.

A big thanks to those who continue to be members, you are such a great bunch, and we value our relationships greatly.

We are always open to new members coming along to our groups on a free trial basis and ask that you contact us first so we can discuss where best fits you and your business. We do have a rule of only one industry type per group so feel free to discuss this with us.

Future events and further Networking opportunities for members.

Each year we hold regular events where members from ALL the groups meet and get to know each other and their businesses. We do this in many different ways from a casual meet and greet every 2 to 3 months on a Friday afternoon, to a SPEED NETWORKING evening to a twice-yearly event where members and their partners  are also invited.

We strongly believe that Networking is not just about the weekly meetings, but it is also about getting to know and understanding your fellow group members while it is also about the members of the wider groups knowing each other. We have many members that collaborate within their group but also collaborate across the groups. This sort of networking adds value and contributes to members businesses and is a powerful tool in growing your business.

Having these events also allows us to give back to members and show our appreciation to members and their partners. To have a successful business we are always appreciative of the people who support our members and acknowledging your support network, for us is important.

                         What's new...

We are looking for more businesses interested in joining our expanding group in Rotorua. We are seeing enquiries mounting from people in business interested in joining this group. Talk to Denise about this group as we have members in some categories already. We only allow 1 business per category type per group. i.e. only 1 lawyer, 1 Accountant, 1 Builder etc.

Also, we are interested in talking to people about joining us in having groups in the wider Bay of Plenty area, such as Omokoroa, Whakatane and Katikati.

We are open to discussing these options and will even consider having groups outside of these areas.

If you are keen in knowing more or think you may be interested in joining us, give Denise a call or use the enquire now button below. If you want to get a feel for how a meeting goes, we have a free two-week trial period. We do limit our meetings to one industry type per group, so if you are in a popular business category, call quickly.
